We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help us build and scale our next-gen casino infrastructure.

About the Role

We are looking for a frontend-focused engineer who values high-performance user interfaces and technical ownership. While your expertise lies in React and Next.js, you are a full-stack builder who is comfortable writing the APIs, Lambdas, and database queries needed to power the features you build.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build High-Performance Interfaces: Architect and maintain complex, real-time dashboards using Next.js and Tailwind CSS. You’ll focus on rendering high-velocity transaction data with low latency and high reliability.
• Bridge the Stack: Design and implement the backend logic and APIs required to feed the frontend. You own the feature from the UI down to the data source.
• Manage Real-Time State: Handle the complexities of mirroring on-chain data and legacy transaction flows in the UI, ensuring the state is consistent, reactive, and optimized for performance.
• Define Infrastructure as Code: Use SST (built on Pulumi) to manage your frontend hosting, API gateways, and cloud resources, ensuring version control and rollback safety.
• Write Clean, Type-Safe Code: Leverage TypeScript across the entire stack to ensure end-to-end type safety. You value maintainable patterns and code that serves as documentation for the team.
• Optimize for Observability: Build with a focus on how the frontend performs in production: addressing race conditions, handling async data failures gracefully, and monitoring user-facing latency.
• Push the Team Forward: You unblock others, participate in code reviews, and leave the codebase better than you found it. You prioritize long-term system health over quick fixes.

About You

• Frontend-First: Your expertise is in the user experience, but you are technically self-sufficient in the backend and can navigate the full application lifecycle autonomously.
• Hands-on and Execution-Focused: You like to get things done. You think before you build, but you don’t overthink.
• Detail-Oriented but Pragmatic: You care about edge cases and data integrity, but you know when it’s time to ship and iterate.
• Performance-Obsessed: You care about Core Web Vitals, efficient state management, and the lifecycle of a request from the UI to the database.
• Casino/Web3 Alignment: You have direct experience in the casino and are excited by the unique challenges of building auditable, on-chain transaction systems.
• Startup-Ready: You’re comfortable with speed, ambiguity, shifting priorities, and constant iteration. You move fast, but not carelessly.
