Breaking Barriers in Web3 Gaming, Meet BGA’s First Female Co-President
Geneva, Switzerland – March 27, 2025 – Blockchain Game Alliance (BGA), a members’ organization comprised of game and blockchain companies advocating for blockchain technology within the game industry, today announced the appointment of new co-president Yasmina Kazitani. The newly elected Co-president will join Sebastien Borget to guide and lead activities and initiatives to ensure representation and diversity across BGA activities and the wider web3 gaming ecosystem.
As the Web3 gaming industry continues to mature, we recognize the importance of dedicated leadership to drive inclusivity and diversity to represent the many voices in the industry. Yasmina Kazitani brings a wealth of experience in marketing, branding, partnerships across Web3, gamification, and AI. As a current board member, Yasmina has already been prominent in leveraging her global network to educate and raise awareness of blockchain technology for gaming, highlighting a deep passion for advancing the ecosystem and ensuring inclusion and diversity in the industry, with the recent release of her book on the subject of Marketing, AI & Blockchain to help spread the word about the innovation brought by the industry.
Working alongside Sebastien Borget, our current President, and the BGA team, Yasmina Kazitani will play a key role in shaping BGA’s DEI initiatives, expanding our reach, and fostering an ecosystem where voices across the ecosystem are heard and represented. Our new Co-president will ensure inclusivity and gender balance in the industry, leading the conversation around the representation of women within the BGA and the wider ecosystem by working alongside us to help shape the industry’s future, champion diversity and innovation, and inspire the next generation of female leaders in the space.
This marks an exciting new chapter for BGA as we continue to advance our mission to advocate for blockchain technology and Web3 gaming adoption while continuing to create opportunities for our members worldwide.
