Head of Growth – Gaming/Collectibles – US/Canada/Europe (remote)

Plexus are working with a gaming development studio based in Canada, focusing on AAA-franchises, AI-enabled gaming and onchain/crypto focused play-to-earn titles.

They are looking for a Head of Growth to lead their marketing function. Details as follows:

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow in-house growth/marketing function
• Scale user acquisition, player communities and paid media marketing
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure delivery speed, tracking performance and data analysis

Requirements

• Must be from a marketing/growth background, working directly with consumer products and applications
• Preference for Crypto, Gaming, or AI-Native consumer product marketing backgrounds
• Experience with significant B2C consumer acquisition strategies
