Helo Passos, Founder at Trexx

Helo Passos is the founder and CEO of Trexx. Forbes 30U30, MIT Innovator Under 35 and Women In Tech Global in the Web3 category in 2024, she has accumulated recognition in the areas of web3, games and technology. She was responsible for creating one of the largest blockchain gaming communities in South America and is one of the leading voices and publishing experts for games of this genre in the region.

Josh Lawler, Partner at Zuber Lawler LLP

Josh Lawler, Partner at Zuber Lawler, a minority owned law firm, is an expert in digital asset regulation,
securities law, intellectual property rights, mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions with a strong focus on crypto, NFTs and other digital assets and related systems. As a dedicated futurist, Josh leads the firm’s New Technology Practice Group, focusing on novel issues presented by developing technology including Blockchain (distributed ledger), artificial intelligence, robotics, virtual/augmented reality and internet of things.

Steve Marshall, Head of Product and Project Delivery at Tashi

Steve has been a gamer since the term was coined, growing up with the original classics from Pong to Manic Miner. His career has revolved around Tech, the first half, infrastructure and networking. The second on building games and innovative product, the first of which was a Football MMO in the late 00’s and then working with global publishers on successful B2B and B2C products.
He now leverages his game development experience to tackle the challenges of building multiplayer through Tashii, which is poised to transform the way multiplayer games are created and played by bringing new design and monetization paradigms as well as significant savings on infrastructure.

Shikha Mehra, CEO & Co-Founder at Safle

Shikha Mehra is a global leader in blockchain policy and digital asset regulation. A Certified Bitcoin Professional and INK Fellow, she holds degrees from UPenn and Jindal Global Law School. As co-founder of Mainchain Research & Consulting and CEO of Jupiter Innovations, she advises governments and businesses worldwide. She has spoken at the European Commission, OECD, and Vienna University, shaping Web3 governance, decentralized identity, and blockchain finance, including gaming.

The BGA also provides an open forum for individuals and companies to share knowledge and collaborate, create common standards, establish best practices, and network.
