Meet our Speakers
Alexandru Stanescu, Partner at Lexters
Alexandru graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest. He worked with RTPR-Allen Overy on banking regulations early in his career. He then pursued a tri-lingual MBA from Deusto University, Spain and an LLM. Alexandru was a visiting lawyer in the London office of Baker Botts, covering arbitration and corporate matters. Prior to that, Alexandru worked for the World Bank in Trade and Competitiveness, covering competition law and policy, insolvency, enforcing contracts for doing business. He clerked for the European Court of Justice and European Investment Bank. Alexandru was a Fulbright scholar and Wien Corporate Responsibility Fellow at Columbia Law School where he obtained the Masters Degree in Law. Alexandru focuses on advising blockchain and fintech innovators on digital assets payments, SaaS and smart-contract structures, regulatory compliance (AML/MiCA/TFR/consumer protection), VC and M&A transactions, and also DLT strategy, supporting growth from early-stage funding through scale and exit.

Magnus Söderberg, CEO & Founder of Triolith Games
Magnus Söderberg is a Swedish gaming entrepreneur and Founder & CEO of Triolith Games AB. With 15+ years in games and Web3, he’s building Genesis Engine, a compliance-first infrastructure designed to make Web3 gaming sustainable, secure, and fun.
Claudio Parrinello, CEO at MagixFi
Claudio is a serial entrepreneur with 20+ business experience including 10+ years in the blockchain ecosystem. Claudio leads MagixFi, building a next-generation engagement layer that brings meaning, identity, and long-term retention to Web3 projects. Previously, he led a large DePIN initiative that deployed 70,000 air-quality sensors worldwide.
