Travis Anderson, Co-Founder at Trophy
Travis boasts a decade-long tenure in the rewarded gaming space. Starting at Peanut Labs over 10 years ago, he was part of the team that built out one of the first rewarded solutions for Facebook games. His career then led to Tapjoy, where he incubated new monetization solutions for gaming developers on iOS and Android. Following strategic acquisitions by Ironsource and Unity, he is now a Co-Founder at the Web3 Gaming Rewards App “Trophy,” which is re-imagining how tokenized assets can increase loyalty and engagement for gamers and game developers.
Aaron Besnainou, Co-Founder & Chairman at Oxya Origin
Co-founder of Oxya Origin and Business strategist in crypto since 2017. Previously co-founded multiple startups totaling 20M$ in sales across commercial FinTech & PropTech. Alumni of University of Michigan, ESSEC Business School & CASS Business School. Aaron’s strategic vision, strong knowledge about the NFT markets and marketing skills add tremendous value to Oxya Origin.
Sandro Licul, Co-Founder at The Last Monarchy
Sandro Licul is a multilingual IT professional with expertise in operations and sales, an AWS Certified professional proficient in JavaScript, Python, and GitHub.
Sandro has been an early adopter in the crypto space since late 2013 and is passionate about technology and AI. He is also a dedicated old-school gamer, particularly for strategy games.
Adonis Zachariades, Co-Founder at Renovi
Adonis, co-founder of Renovi, brings a background in economics and finance, with a master’s thesis on the efficiency of blockchain markets.
He leads business development of Renovi’s immersive in-game advertising platform, leveraging his experience as an alternative asset analyst to drive the idea generation and business.
Kristian Metzger, CEO at Stratosphere Games
Kristian Metzger has been a computer game enthusiast since his childhood. Whether as a successful e-sports veteran, games editor or director, Kristian has been an integral part of the industry for over 20 years. After spending many years as a journalist and editor-in-chief for games magazines such as: After working at EuroGamer, for example, he switched to development and publishing. Until he founded Stratosphere Games in 2015, he gained experience as a manager in the areas of product, communication and business development in well-known companies such as Splash Damage, Warchest and Infernum. As CEO of the Stratosphere Games, he can now look back on seven years of successful ventures, productions and partnerships with several rounds of investments. Among others, well-known investors Skycatcher, Riot Games Investment and 1 Up Ventures placed their trust in him. The investments, as well as successful productions such as Homeworld Mobile, made it possible to take a significant step towards becoming an internationally known provider of high-quality games and to grow the studio to now have over 60 employees.
