Beyond the Booths: BGA’s Highlights From NFT Paris 2025
NFT Paris 2025 proved to be a vibrant hub for innovation, collaboration, and discussion, bringing together pioneers from digital art, blockchain gaming, and the broader NFT ecosystem. The event was a true celebration of the growing influence of Web3 technology and brought together a mix of established industry leaders such as Ubisoft, Avalanche, and Aprecoin, as well as innovative projects like BadMad Robots.
BGA Off The Record: Exclusive Workshop with Sebastien Borget
One of the key BGA moments of NFT Paris was the BGA Off The Record session, an exclusive off-the-record workshop designed to foster deep discussion on Web3 gaming trends, challenges, and strategies. This closed-door session led by Sebastien Borget, who dubbed the session as ‘The BGA secret Society,’ brought together 20 high-level industry leaders, including game studios, VCs, and Web3 ecosystem players. The workshop brought together a mix of C-level Executives from Game Companies, VCs, and other players in the web3 gaming ecosystem.
“The versatility of BGA’s event formats continues to impress, and the workshop at NFT Paris was a great example. Creating a space for open, off-the-record conversations with industry leaders like Seb Borget enabled honest, high-value discussions about the state of Web3 gaming. It’s great to see BGA adapting to what its members truly need—more depth, honesty, and meaningful dialogue. The industry evolves, and BGA evolves with it. Proud to be part of an organization that stays ahead and understands its members’ needs.” – Mariano Rubinstein | Sura Gaming

Key Takeaways:
- TGE and Product Development: The development of your product isn’t linked to the success of TGE, but the sustainability of token price is related as much to the community as to various external factors such as political or economic.
- Listing strategy: Many projects chase Exchanges for token listings, but projects can reverse engineer this by continuing to build and gather momentum so that exchanges approach them to list the token. While this is a longer-term approach, it will prevent a project from spending millions on an unsuccessful TGE.
- Launching a DAO: Insights into the challenges and successes of launching decentralized autonomous organizations.
“Joining the BGA workshop is like stepping into a seminar where the curriculum is innovation, and the lessons are about building transparent and successful projects. It’s an invaluable experience for any project looking to elevate its understanding and impact in the community. Participating in the BGA workshop offers projects a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights and connect with like-minded community members.” – Yasmina Kazitani | BGA Board Member
