Business Development Manager – Mocaverse

Responsibilities:
- Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with key players in the Web3, blockchain, and metaverse ecosystems to drive business growth and expand the reach of our metaverse product.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization opportunities within the metaverse platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and legal, to align business development initiatives with product roadmap and overall company objectives.
- Lead negotiations and deal structuring for partnerships, licensing agreements, and other business collaborations to drive value and accelerate the growth of our metaverse product.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities within the metaverse and virtual reality space.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships, raise brand awareness, and explore new partnership prospects.
- Work closely with the product team to gather feedback from partners and users, and provide insights to inform product roadmap decisions and feature enhancements.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development efforts, partnership outcomes, and revenue generation, and provide regular reports to the leadership team.
Requirements:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a high level of adaptability and creativity in problem-solving.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role within the web3 industry, with a focus on partnerships and business growth.
Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technologies, virtual reality, and metaverse concepts.
Strong network within the Web3, blockchain, and metaverse communities, with a track record of establishing successful partnerships and collaborations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with partners and lead high-stakes deal discussions.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving innovation in the metaverse space.
